Piping Gel can be used for many things such as gluing sprinkles or fondant onto cookies, sticking edible images to cakes and cupcakes, adhering fondant to cake dummies and it can also be added to buttercream to soften, smooth and enhance the colour.

HOW TO USE

This is an handy, ready-to-use product. The neutral version can be coloured by adding food colouring, making it very versatile. (1) Stir it lightly, then place in a piping bag for direct application.
